My Collection - Happy National Playing Card Collection Day!
Here is my collection thus far. I tried to group things by designer and set in the large section on the right. The section on the left is standalones, for the most part. I also included how they are currently displayed. I am working on making a new/improved shelf to replace the one I made before. I need more space!
Also, all but maybe two decks are opened. #freethepip!

Re: My Collection - Happy National Playing Card Collection D
I took a new shot of my table top in my office that has been reorganized a bit. I don't want to scare you all with all the other decks hidden away. The deck in the center is the really amazing Visconte Modrone Tarot reproduction that came out earlier this year. It used silver and gold hot foil and gilded edges with nearly 100 cards in the set. My facebook post sadly cropped most of the photo.

Re: My Collection - Happy National Playing Card Collection D
I don't know. It really isn't that exciting and my photos have to be reduced to be able to be posted. I do want to point out that this is just what I have around the office. This is not anywhere close to my collection, just what I have hidden away. Even so, they are piled up and a lot in boxes. I am slowly getting smarter and trying to label my boxes so it is easier for me next time. I have a ton of work to organize my stuff. Weirdly, I can often visualize where the deck is. Sometimes that helps me, but sometimes not. For example, I might visualize the box the deck is in, but for the life of me I can't find the stupid box for months. That was the case with a bunch of Six Foot Five decks. I could remember the box they were in, but it took me emptying a complete drawer to find the box at the very bottom of the drawer, which was not where I was expecting to find it.What forum do you think this is?![]()
I don't know how this might affect others, so if this stuff might scare or offend you or cause dangerous bouts of laughter, you have been warned. Avert your eyes...
This is some decks I have kind of organized with KWP and Shorts decks on one side and some Thirdway Industries decks on the other side. Not all of them by a long shot, just a feeble attempt and starting some organization. Oh. some of my random cards from the Pip of the Month club and my ongoing Frankendeck. Yeah, that is four Ambassador Signature decks buried in there. This was mainly some decks from my old display and some other stuff like the Ambassador signatures. Needs to be organized sometime. Guess what just got added to this drawer..don't overthink it..
photos to be continued...

Evidently I can only post 4 photos. Here are the last two photos.
That's basically it. No huge cavern filled with decks as far as the eye can see...

Brad, in photo No. 1, what's the deck between White Monolith and Nicolai Aaroe's, to the right of JR's Camelot deck?

Re: My Collection - Happy National Playing Card Collection D
I am not sure what deck you are talking about. If it is photo res_office01.01, on the left side are just decks by Gio. I see there a white monolith and a gold monolith, betrayers, etc. on the right side are various Kings Wild decks. I probably have a Golden Arthurian or three, but not a Camelot version (not in that photo, I have two of them at home). In the middle are a couple of bags, one is my Frankendeck and the other is full of spare cards. There is also a DeNovo deck up in the front over by the Kings Wild decks.
Nevermind. Not my photo...

He meant BaconWise's first photo, before the thread was hijacked lol. It's the Royal Mischief transformation deck. I could barely make it out, those photos are tiny!

[banning offence]! It didn't even register, the hijacking of this thread. I need to get back on regular -- day time -- work hours.
One ... more ... week.
Thanks for clearly that up Adonael. That's exactly the deck I meant.

Since this has come up twice, I’ll state that I did not understand this thread to simply be a thread for BaconWise to post his collection, but all of us to post our collections for National Card Collection Day. I guess I might have misunderstood the purpose of the thread. So, BaconWise, if I unintentionally hi jacked your thread, I am sorry. That was definitely not my intention.

Re: My Collection - Happy National Playing Card Collection D
I don't mind, Brad! Your collection is awesome. The more we see, the better, in my opinion.
As for the tiny pictures, I am not sure how to get bigger shots uploaded when we are limited to 1MB in size. My camera takes very large photos, so I had to scale it down a few times and found a size that works. I would love to have the ability to upload larger sizes!
Thanks for answering the question about Royal Mischief, Adonael

Re: My Collection - Happy National Playing Card Collection D
Regarding the photos, even without having photoshop or some other image processing program to compress them yourself, there are free websites where you can quickly upload an image and have it spit back out a compressed copy, like reduceimages.com, give it a maximum width of 1920 pixels and it should be easy.

Actually, someone here let me know there are some great free apps you can download if all you want to do is resize a photo. I use Image Size and it is free to download.

I view this forum with my phone with the tapatalk app pretty much 100% of the time. I post pictures here directly from my phone with no resizing or compression or anything. I have never had a complaint on picture quality or size. So if you are posting phone pics, perhaps try using tapatalk.
