I thought that myself, but then you run afoul of that contingent of folks who peeve about the front borders matching the back borders. They could've put chocolate-colored borders on the card faces, I guess, but I always think that makes the faces look cramped.Bikefanatic wrote:1. Should the backs could've been full bleed to look more like a chocolate bar?
If they were smart they would've made the red pips the same color as that new "ruby chocolate" that was just developed. It would tie in with the theme and I think it would pop better, too. But I second the regret that the black pips aren't a dark-chocolate brown.Bikefanatic wrote:2. I like how the diamond and heart pips aren't the typical red color. I think it'll been better if the spade and club pips were a dark brown instead of black.

I'm guessing it's just the 2500 plus the usual 10% extra, which we've heard from numerous sources is pretty standard.vasta41 wrote:I think these are cool. A few missed opportunities as others have mentioned but not enough to make me dislike them. I don't like that price though. I'm curious what the AoS looks like but since it's not pictured I'm not holding out hope. I'm also curious about the 2750 print run... I never heard of USPCC doing that unless they're advertising the mandatory extra "run-off" decks for sale, too? Either way I'm putting this on my watch list ATM.

Right, that's what I meant. But Aren't those decks supposed to be reserved for mistakes, damaged shipping, other overhead? Seems odd to advertise those for sale.MagikFingerz wrote:I'm guessing it's just the 2500 plus the usual 10% extra, which we've heard from numerous sources is pretty standard.vasta41 wrote:I think these are cool. They probably should be, I agree.vasta41 wrote:Right, that's what I meant. But Aren't those decks supposed to be reserved for mistakes, damaged shipping, other overhead?
