I sent the creator a PM in kickstarter but since he did not reply, I want to publicly say that $20 in shipping costs for 4 decks is absolutely outrageous. I must pass and won't support this campaign. We are losing our minds when talking about shippings. Many projects have failed due to that. This seems to follow that path.

Yes I know what I'm speaking about since some campaigns have offered completely free shipping all over the world and they have suceeded.

You call 15USD a deck pricing aggressively? I think you severely over estimated the value of your VR features.

Though I want to see this deck come to fruition as I really like the artwork, I doubt very highly that it will see the light of day.

Hopefully it will be relaunched with a more reasonable goal...to begin with, starting out with one deck...

I agree wholeheartedly with shermjack. I was enthusiastic about this project in the beginning because of the subject matter and artwork. However, the AR just leaves me cold. I pledged for the 2 decks for $28 tier which brings the price down to $14 each. However, my card budget is severely restricted these days so it remains to be seen if I will have to cancel or not. The cards are great and I think a $10 per deck price with AR stretch goal would easily fund. There are several worthy projects that started in the last two days and I suspect other's budgets are as stretched as mine is. In any case, I guess the invisible hand of the free market will decide in the end. Best of luck.

Also, I noticed that they listed the campaign under "design" and not playing cards. This shows the creators mind set. That's fine for an art project but it won't help the project be found by card collectors, whom I think is the group that needs to back this project if it's going to succeed.
